Pricing

Do you charge per-photo or per-product? We charge per-photo. This means if you have two products and you want 4 photos each you will be charged for a total of 8 photos.

How much will it cost? The biggest factor in the overall cost of a project is the number of photos being ordered. Because it’s much more efficient to shoot one large project versus several smaller ones, our pricing model includes significant discounts as the size of your order increases. Detailed rates can be found on our pricing page.

How do I pay? Before starting your project we will send you a quote with a payment link which you can use to accept the quote and pay. We accept all major credit cards and Paypal.

Can I get the quantity rate if I have many smaller projects? Our rates decrease with a larger order because it is more efficient for us to shoot one large project than it is to shoot several smaller projects. Because of this, each project is priced separately based on the size of each order.

Copyright, Licensing, and Usage Terms

We grant the most usage that can be given and it is included in the price.

Copyright is a rather confusing and touchy subject. At MEDIA CREATIONZ we maintain ownership over the copyright. We grant worldwide, unlimited usage rights for an unlimited amount of time, in an unlimited amount of mediums and alterations for promotional and advertising usage of the company that made the order. This is the most usage that can be given and it is included in the price.

Without ownership, you would only be restricted from selling the copyright of the images to others and filing a formal lawsuit against those that use the images without permission for statutory damages. There are typically many steps before filing a formal lawsuit. You can still file cease and desist orders and DMCA takedown orders without a copyright transfer.

If you feel that you still need the copyright we do sell the copyright for an additional $10 per image however if you don’t plan on doing the above 2 things, it may not benefit you. It is highly unusual for a photographer to give away the copyright for free.

However, if you are mostly concerned about us sharing the images, we are more than happy to agree to not share them on our website or with anyone. If you want we are happy to sign a non-disclosure agreement for the images which will legally protect you.

We are more concerned about you having a positive experience with us than sharing your images.

We guarantee our turn-around times and there are three options to choose from.

Standard | 7 Business Days Or Less
Our standard turn around time is 7 business days from the time we receive the product and the order is placed.

Rush | 3 Business Days Or Less
+$20 per photo | Our 3 Day Rush turn around time is 3 business days from the time we receive the product and the order is placed.

Super Rush | 24 hour Turn Around | * Call Before
+$60 per photo | Our 24 Hour Rush turn around time is 24 hours from the time we receive the product and the order is placed. Please call before submitting a 24 Hour Rush order.
